Assam Industrial Development Corporation Limited was incorporated in 1965 and is incorporated under the Companies Act. 1956 - The purpose of the foundation at the time of its establishment is as follows:
1. Promotion, creation and implementation of industries / projects or facilities for the manufacture and manufacture of machines, machines tools, etc., which in the opinion of the company can be promoted.
