Important Notes
1. For each vacancy, four candidates will be selected based on
the total number of points obtained in the written exam to take
the computer exam (practical). In addition, they must take a
computer proficiency test with a score of 50 on the next
deadline for the final selection.
2. The final shortlist is based on the total number of marks in
both the written and computer tests (practical) and includes the
names of candidates according to the number of vacancies
announced and selected.
3. There will be negative marking of 0.25 mark for each wrong answer of MCQ. Candidates are, therefore, advised to keep this in mind while answering the questions.
4. Candidates will be required to answer the MCQs in the OMR sheet and that of descriptive questions in the question booklet itself within the space specified in the booklet. The questions will be in English medium.
5. There will be no Viva-Voice (Interview).
Important instructions for the candidates appearing in OMR based examination
1. Candidates are requested to bring the admit card to the test centre. The admit card provisionally allows the candidate to only appear in the offline examination (OMR based) on the basis of the particulars provided by them in the online application. Merely issuance of the admit card does not necessarily mean acceptance of their eligibility. Documents submitted by the candidates regarding eligibility for the post will be scrutinized subsequently.
2. Candidates are requested to bring any one photo identity proof such as pan card/ passport/ driving license/ voter id card/ bank passbook with attested photograph/ photo identity proof issued by a gazzetted officer/identity card issued by a recognized college/ university/ aadhar card with a photograph/ e-aadhar with a photograph/ employee id or any other govt. Recognized photo id proof in original. Candidates without photo id proof will not be permitted to appear for the examination. In case the identity of any candidate is in doubt, the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the offline examination. (Note: the photo identity proof must contain the same name as it appears on the admit card. - ration card will not be accepted as valid id proof. - in case of any discrepancy in identity, i.e., mismatch in name, photograph and signature, the candidate may will not be permitted to appear for the examination(OMR based)).
3. Candidates are advised to report to the examination centre at the time mentioned on the admit card. No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination center after gate closure time.
4. Candidates shall not be allowed to leave the examination hall before the conclusion of the examination and without handing over the omr answer sheet and question paper booklet to the invigilator concerned.
5. Candidates should check and ensure that the test booklet contains as many number of pages as written under the instructions to the candidates section of the cover page.
6. No candidate should remove any page(s) from the test booklet and if any page (s) is/are found missing from his/her test booklet, his/her candidature is liable to be cancelled.
7. Candidates should bring good quality blue/black ball point pens for the examination. Use of pencil, ink/sketch pen or gel pen is strictly prohibited.
8. Candidates should use blue/black ball point pen only to write particulars on the cover page of test booklet, omr sheet and for darkening the circles of responses. Darken only one circle for each answer as shown in the omr format. If you darken more than one circle, that answer will be considered as wrong.
9. The candidate should ensure that he/she has correctly darkened the circle providing information on the roll number, test booklet number & question paper series in the OMR sheet.
10. Pencils, calculators, log tables, calculating devices or any other electronic devices, communication devices like cellular phone/tablet etc. And textual materials are strictly prohibited in the examination centre. No whitener/eraser/blade is allowed for changing answers. Edible items and water bottles are not allowed. If a candidate is in possession of cellular phone/tablet or any other electronic device during the examination, his/her candidature may be cancelled.
11. No arrangements will be made in the examination center to keep personal belongings. Pencil boxes, bags, cellular phones, purses, etc., as they are not allowed inside the examination centre.
12. Candidates are required to collect the lower part of the admit card duly signed by the invigilator. In the attendance sheet, the candidates are required to put correct valid mobile number and email id.
