Educational Qualification: At least a Bachelors Degree in Civil
Engineering from a recognized institute/University. At least 3 (three) years
of experience in supporting procurement related functions in Externally
Aided Projects (EAP)/ Public Sector Agency(ies).
Working Experience: At least 10 years of professional experience in Civil Engineering including in engineering design and field execution of civil works of varied nature. The candidate shall have a proven record of performance in civil engineering works, including roads and buildings. The candidate should have experience in using the testing equipment used in such civil engineering construction works. (However, in case of insufficient applications from candidates having 10 years experience, the APFBC Society reserves the right to relax the experience requirement criteria upto 7 years but with a reduced remuneration package).
Computer Skills: The Engineer (Building) must have adequate knowledge and experience of working with AutoCad and other similar engineering applications, MS Word/Excel/Power Point/Project and Internet based applications.
Language: Working knowledge of Hindi and high level of fluency in English.

Duration of Contract
The selected candidate will be engaged initially for a probation period of
one year which may be extended further on the basis of performance
evaluation till the duration of the project (planned till June
2024).

Selection Process for APFBC Society Vacancy
1) Shortlisted candidates will be required to appear for proficiency
test/interview for which they should come fully prepared.
2) The date, time and venue of the proficiency test/ interview of
shortlisted candidates will be uploaded in our website i.e.,
www.apfbcs.nic.in.
3) Candidates called for proficiency test/ interview will be required to
bring with them original copy of the application, two self attested copies
of required Educational Certificate, Experience Certificate etc, and three
copies of recent passport size photograph. The originals of the Degree,
Diploma, Certificate etc. will be returned after verification.
