Age Limit
- Sub-Officer: Candidate age must be between 20 to 24 years as on 01-01-2023 (i.e. candidate must be born on or before 01.01.2003 and on or after 01.01.1999).
- Other Posts: Candidate age must be between 18 to 25 years as on 01-01-2023 (i.e. candidate must be born on or before 01.01.2005 and on or after 01.01.1998).
CITIZENSHIP: Candidates must be Indian citizens, permanent resident
of Assam.
DOMICILE CERTIFICATE: Selected candidates will have to submit proof
of residence /Domicile Certificate after publication of the final select
list.
NOTE - However, candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC/MOBC are
exempted from submitting such certificates.
Employment Exchange Registration: Candidates must register his/ her
name with a local Employment Exchange in Assam.
LANGUAGE: Candidates must speak Assamese or any other state
