An Official notification has been released by the
Directorate of Elementary Education (DEE), Assam. It's to notify
that the merit list for the for the recruitment of 9354 LP and UP Teacher Vacancy is going to be released on 18th March
2022 (Midnight).
The DEE Teacher's vacancies are for Assistant Teacher of LP Schools and
Assistant Teacher, Science Teacher, Assamese Language Teacher and Manipuri
Language Teacher of UP Schools, will be under the Directorate of
Elementary Education, Assam.

DEE LP UP Merit List Instructions for Candidates
Candidates need to follow these instruction sets given below.
1) Any adverse report resulting from the on-going Back-Office verification
of the uploaded documents, from the competent issuing authorities, regarding
fake or forged documents submitted by the candidates, will automatically
lead to cancellation of candidature forthwith as mentioned in the
advertisement.
2) The Provisional Merit List/s will automatically stand cancelled on
publication of the Final Select List. Appointment letters will be issued
only to the candidates whose names appear in the Final Select List.
3) Any claim for appointment on the basis of Provisional Merit List/s will
not be entertained.
4) The candidates who are kept withheld in the Provisional Merit List will
have to attend Physical Document Verification from 23.03.2022 to
30.03.2022.
5) The detailed schedule, venue and time will be notified on the website of
DEE, Assam, i.e. https://dee.assam.gov.in on 21.03.2022 midnight.
6) The candidature of the candidates who fail to attend the Physical
Document Verification will be cancelled forthwith.
7) A dedicated Grievance Redressal Cell will be available in the document
verification venue during the period as mentioned above and hence the
candidates are informed not to visit the office of the Director, Elementary
Education, Assam, Kahilipara, Guwahati-19 for any reason in respect of the
Provisional Merit List/s.
Document Verification Schedule for Withheld Candidates
Candidates who have been kept ‘Withheld’ in the Provisional Merit List
published on 18.03.2022 in the official website of DEE, Assam have to
attend Physical Document Verification as per the schedule shown
below.

Other Important Points
1) The candidates must attend the Physical Document Verification
along-with all relevant original documents and a photocopy set of the same
with self-attestation.
2) The candidature of the candidates who fail to attend the Physical
Document Verification till the last date fixed, will be cancelled
forthwith, without any further notice.
3) A dedicated Grievance Redressal Cell will be available in the document
verification venue during the period as mentioned above and hence the
candidates with any grievance are informed to visit the venue on any of
the above dates. Therefore, the candidates with any grievance in respect
of the Provisional Merit List are also informed not to visit the office of
the undersigned for such reason.

DEE Grievance Redressal Cell
A Grievance Redressal Cell will also be available in the Directorate on 2nd May 2022 from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM for any grievances, related to the 3rd Provisional Merit List.
Important Points
