An Official notification has been released by the Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences (SSUHS). It's to notify that SSUHS in going to conduct GNM Entrance Examination (GNMEE), 2022 for Admission into GNM courses in GNM Training Schools under the Govt. of Assam for the session 2022-2023.

GNM Entrance Examination (GNMEE), 2022 is the entrance examination conducted by Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences (SSUHS) for admission into GNM courses in GNM Training Schools under the Govt. of Assam.

Eligibility Criteria of SSUHS GNM Admission

Age Limit: Candidates' age must be between 17 years to 24 years as on 1st January 2022.

Educational Qualification: The minimum educational qualification for selection of the candidates in HSSLC (10+2) (Science) or its equivalent passed from a recognized Board/Council/University with English as one of the subjects, securing at least 45% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) for General (unreserved) category and 40% marks in aggregate for candidates belonging to SC/ST(P)/ST(H) category.

Other Criteria for SSUHS GNM Admission

Gender: Only Female candidates may apply for these courses.

Citizenship: Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply for GNMEE 2022.

Residency: Candidates must be a permanent resident of Assam and must submit a certificate in this regard.

Exception of PRC Certificate: The provision of Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) shall not be applicable to the wife/ daughter of the employees of Govt. of Assam.

Age Relaxation

In case of SC/ST candidates, upper age relaxation will be as per Govt. norms.

Application Fee of SSUHS GNM Admission

The candidate need to pay Rs.1,200/- (Rupees One Thousand and Two Hundred Only) as application fee. The payment of application fee is to be completed through online mode only.
