Exam Date of Assam Direct Recruitment
The exam date for the written test of Assam Direct Recruitment was announced by the Hon. Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma on 9th June 2022. The exam dates for given below:
- Class IV: To be declared
- Class III: 21st to 29th December 2022
- Class III Driver: To be declared
- Stenographer: To be declared
Assam Direct Recruitment Admit Card Release Date
The examination dates of Assam Direct Recruitment for the recruitment of 26441 Posts have already been announced by the Chief Minister of Assam. The common examination will be held on 21st and 28th August 2022 for Grade IV & Grade III respectively. So, we can expect the admit cards to be released by the first or second week of August 2022 .

Selection Process of Assam Direct Recruitment
The examinations shall be held separately on different dates so as to enable higher degree holders to appear in more than one examination.
Bachelor’s Degree Level
The commission will organize separate examination as per the following eligibility qualifications for the posts.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Bachelor’s Degree with Computer Skill.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce.
- Bachelor’s Degree with Economics/ Statistics/ Mathematics.
Stage 1 (Written Exam)
The candidates applied for the graduate level posts will have to appear in a written test in the 1st phase of the recruitment process. The details of the written test is as mentioned below:

There shall be two exams on the same day, one for posts/ categories of posts for read upto Class VIII category and another for posts/categories of posts for HSLC passed or equivalent examination passed category.
