Armed Forces Medical Services Medical Officer Salary
Pay level 10B of Defence Pay Matrix of BP Rs.61300 + MSP Rs.15500 + HRA +
NPA + Transport Allowance + Dress Allowance. The total salary at the time
of joining will be approximately Rs.97000/- pm.
Eligibility Criteria of Armed Forces Medical Services Recruitment
Age Limit: Candidate must not have attained the age of 30 years if
holding an MBBS degree (only those born on or after 02 Jan 1993 are
eligible) and 35 years if holding a PG degree (only those born on or after
02 Jan 1988 are eligible) as on 31 Dec 2022 respectively.
Educational Qualification: The applicant must possess medical
qualification included in First/Second Schedule or Part II of the Third
Schedule of IMC Act 1956. The applicant must have permanent registration
from any State Medical Council/MCI. Post graduate degree/diploma holders
recognized by State Medical Council/MCI/NBE can also apply.
Important Notes
- Only those candidates who have completed/completed their internship on or before 30 Nov 2021 can apply.
- Applicants who have taken more than two chances in the Final Prof MBBS (Part I & II) Examination are ineligible and hence need not apply for the same.
- Candidates who have passed their final MBBS examination in first or second attempt only are eligible to apply for these vacancy.

5. MBBS Degree Certificate, PG Degree Certificate.
6. Final MBBS (Pt I & II) Attempt Certificate or Transcript

7. No Objection Certificate from present employer, if any.
8. NCC Certificate, if any.
9. National Board of Examination Certificate for Foreign Medical
Graduates.
10. Passport for Foreign Medical Graduates
11. Gazette Notification or any other authority clearly highlighting your
new name, if there is any change in the name after Matriculation (10 th
Class).
12. 10 (Ten) Passport size photographs, photo identity proof and address
proof.
11. Attestation Form in triplicate duly filled in and attested by
Competent Authority.
